Electronic Devices and Circuits

Electronic circuit is a series of electrical circuits or electrical components that use active electronics such as transistor and integrated circuit (IC chip). Or a series of electronic circuits can be very complex, although this circuit using the same basic principles as in ordinary electrical circuits. Electronic circuits are usually classified into three parts: a series of analog, digital sets, and a series of combinations in between.

Series associated with the electronic analog signal that changes continuously (smooth or slowly) in accordance with the information in its uterus. Some electronic equipment such as brace (amplifier), tuner, radio, television and using the analog signals, especially on the front and the end. The main components in the series of analog electronic components are passive (such as resistor, capacitor, induktor, and transformer), and active components (such as a transistor, dioda, FET, CMOS, etc.)

In the series of digital electronic, electrical signal that is used diskrit change (high or low) in accordance with the logic value (1 or 0) of the information will be processed. Electronic components that use these digital signals are logic gates, digital clock, calculator, PDA (Personal Data Assistant or pocket computer), mikroprosesor, and computers.

Series of electronic combination contains two types of analog signals and digital signals. Some examples of series that uses both kinds of signals is a benchmark (comparators), the (census or timers), PLL, ADC (Analaog-to-Digital Converter) and DAC (Digital-to-Analog Converter).
